We provide packages for participants joining yoga, meditation, and workshops, as well as discounted rates for accompanying guests who may not partake in these activities.
Prior yoga experience is recommended but not required; we tailor our sessions to accommodate varying levels of experience. Our guided activities include meditation and breathwork, accessible to all, regardless of prior experience.

Day 1: Arrive & Settle In
Upon checking into your room or cottage, your weekend at the "Nourish & Rejuvenate" retreat begins with a restorative yoga session, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. In this new mind-space, refresh yourself and join us in the late afternoon sun for a summertime BBQ with drinks and desserts to satisfy your bellies. For the night owls, we offer a campfire under the stars. Alternatively, you can unwind in your room with a good book, preparing for a restful night's sleep before the day ahead.
Day 2: Nourish & Rejuvenate
Rise & shine for a hearty buffet breakfast featuring pastries, fruits, eggs, bacon, and more, accompanied by a choice of juice, coffee, or tea. Gather in our communal space for a morning filled with heart-opening yoga and mindfulness workshops. After a midday break for lunch, enjoy your afternoon exploring all that the resort has to offer. In the late afternoon, reconvene for a relaxing yoga practice and meditation session. Conclude your day with a celebratory 3-course plated dinner, complemented by refreshing beverages and delectable desserts.
Day 3: Depart Refreshed
On your final day, awaken to another satisfying buffet breakfast. Enjoy leisure time to explore the grounds, take a final beach walk, indulge in a spa treatment, or play a round of golf. We bid our farewells, sending you off into a beautiful Sunday with a full heart and a deeper connection to your true Self.

All our yoga, meditation practices, and workshops will be guided by Shyla, a certified yoga therapist, instructor, and facilitator with over 1000 hours of professional yoga training. She holds the prestigious CIAYT designation, one of only six in Atlantic Canada, and has studied under renowned pioneers in yoga therapy. Shyla's expertise includes yoga for Cancer, yoga for Anxiety, Himalayan Tradition meditation, yoga Nidra, Ashtanga, yoga assists, yoga anatomy, somatic experiencing, and more. She specializes in creating safe and transformative environments for individuals to experience profound personal growth.
Jaclyne Clarke - Yoga practitioner
Jaclyne is a dedicated yoga practitioner who invests significant time in nurturing her spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
